Every child deserves a place to explore, discover, and grow
Wayne County is full of young potential. Nearly one in four of our neighbors is under 18 — but right now, families have to drive more than 30 miles to reach the nearest children's museum. That gap in our community is exactly why Bloom & Zoom exists.

We believe that when children learn through play, they build the curiosity, creativity, and confidence that lasts a lifetime. Our museum will partner with schools, families, and local organizations to make sure every child in Wayne County has access to the kind of hands-on learning that changes trajectories.

Our Town
A kid-sized version of Goldsboro where children role-play as community members — doctors, farmers, builders, and neighbors — building real-world skills through imaginative play.
Science & Art
Hands-on experiments in physics, biology, and earth sciences — plus outdoor exhibits that connect kids with the natural world around them. A dedicated space painting, crafting, and creative exploration — plus history, storytelling, and imagination-driven play for every age.
